He has worked and advised many high profile clients, which include: Omni Oil Corporation, Lone Star Energy and Fabrication, Louisville Ladder Group, Bake Mark, and Chicago Title. He is currently responsible for the real estate portfolios for Airgas, an AirLiquide Company, InvestCorp, Houston Fence, and Cargotec.
Over the past 20+ years, Troy was directly responsible for over $500 million in real estate transactions locally and nationally.
