Lori Lindley
Property Manager
As founder and president, Lori Lindley is responsible for overseeing operations and services of MLDC Management. Lori has devoted nearly 30 years into the multifamily industry, with her primary experience encompassing student housing communities, valued-add rehabs, Class A-C garden-style and mid-rise assets, as well as acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to MLDC Management, Lori also held key portfolio management and strategic roles with Clark Financial, Insignia Management, JTS Management, Asset Plus and Greystar Property Management. She demonstrated strong leadership skills and profitability with third-party assets. Lori is well verse in all facets of operations, including financials, risk management and due diligence efforts.
Lori is well-known for her unconventional methods and effectively thinking outside the box to achieve client satisfaction without compromising integrity. Her management approach continues to follow the philosophy of building bench strength and promote from within. Her desire to educate next generation multifamily professionals is apparent during Fair Housing and Leasing 101 courses via Houston Apartment Associate (HAA) and Greater Gulf Coast Association (GGCA). As the Ambassador for Camp Hope since 2009, Lori has pledged to ensure veterans suffering from PTSD have a place in the community and multifamily industry.
Lori has received numerous achievement awards for Community Service, Directs Choice and Regional Property Manager of the Year (2017). She also holds her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation as recognized by the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI).
